Downhill Rush

Delete your data

Last updated: 3 September 2026

What we hold

Most of what Downhill Rush knows about you never leaves your phone. Your profile — coins, gems, which bikes and riders you own, upgrade levels, missions and your best distance — is a file in the app’s own storage, and uninstalling the game deletes it. Nothing below is needed for that.

What is held elsewhere, and what this page is for:

We hold no name, no email address, no phone number and no payment details. Purchases are handled by the App Store or by Google Play, neither of which gives the game your payment information.

Deleting your account from inside the game

This is the whole thing in one action, and it needs no email and no waiting.

  1. Open Settings in the game.
  2. Go to Account and press Delete Account.
  3. Confirm.

That erases the account itself, the cloud backup, the platform account link, and every coin, gem, bike, rider and record held against it — on our servers and on your phone at the same time. You are returned to the game as a new player.

It cannot be undone, and purchases cannot be restored afterwards: an item you paid for is gone with everything else. The game says so before it asks you to confirm. Uninstalling afterwards is optional and removes nothing further.

Deleting the rest

Two things are outside that button, because they are not stored against the account in a way it can reach: your leaderboard entry and the analytics records. There is also nothing to press if you have already uninstalled the game.

For either case, email jayshah248@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data, and include:

Your player id, which is shown at the bottom of the Settings screen inside the game.

We ask for the player id because it is genuinely the only way to find your record. There is no name or email address attached to it, so without the id there is nothing to search for — an email that does not include it cannot be actioned, however much we would like to help.

If you have already uninstalled the game and did not keep the id, reinstalling will not recover it: a fresh install creates a new anonymous account. The exception is a linked platform account — Sign in with Apple or Play Games — which restores the old one on sign-in. In that case sign in, read the id off the Settings screen, and then either press Delete Account or write to us.

What happens next

Deleting only some of it

You do not have to choose all or nothing. Say so in the email if you want to:
